About EDI at SFU
Our goal is to ensure our campuses are welcoming places for everyone to gather and learn and that all who work or study here feel a sense of belonging, inclusion, fairness and mutual respect. We are working to create the conditions that foster a culture of inclusion and a healthy campus environment.
There is important work ahead. We need to amplify our efforts to create a safe and inclusive campus where we can all thrive.
Our organizational partner Pride at Work Canada has created LGBT 101, an inductory course to set the foundation of an LGBT-inclusive culture. SFU employees interested in taking the course can register using the code “SFU10” to receive a 10% discount.
